The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Effectively and efficiently coordinating the following in respect of candidate selection :
Liaising with software developers, service providers, support contractors and Party structures at provincial and regional levelSystem monitoring, testing and reportingManaging verification processesManaging helpdesk requests and technical queriesRequesting and circulating information on the candidate selection processRecord keeping of meetingsRequirements
Minimum requirements :
National Senior Certificate or equivalentExtensive experience in an administrative roleRecruitment and selection experience (advantageous)Systems experience (advantageous)Computer literacy, particularly MS Office SuiteBasic project management skillsStrong writing skills, including minute taking and agenda preparationKnowledge of the internal workings of the Party (advantageous)Administrative / Management jobs
