Facilitator (HRD) TMM

In this role you will be responsible for :

• The incumbent will report to the Business Partner (HRD) Mining and be responsible for all functions relating to the position Facilitator (HRD) TMM
• The role’s purpose is to perform facilitation and assessment and constantly ensure that high quality theoretical and practical training is presented at the training centre
• Compliance with the company’s HSEC system is essential
• Ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards / policies
About you :
• Grade 12
• Computer Literacy
• Relevant formal training qualification (Assessor / Facilitator certificate or alternately Train the Trainer certificate)
• Minimum of two (2) years’ technical experience and competency as a TMM Operator (Bolter, Drill Rig, LHD, UV, Scaler)
• Previous experience as a Facilitator within the mining environment will be advantageous
• Proficient in English written language
• Driver’s license
