- We are hiring a Remote Office Manager for an owner-operated small business in the home services (roofing) industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for an Australia-based client. The role is focused on managing the end-to-end client journey, including inbound phones, scheduling, CRM updates, and administrative / bookkeeping support.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer and triage 10–15 inbound calls per day; provide excellent customer service and route / resolve inquiriesManage calendars; schedule site visits, inspections, and follow-upsMaintain accurate records in CRM platforms (job statuses, notes, tasks)Coordinate with the bookkeeper; assist with Xero tasks such as basic reconciliations and invoicing supportPrepare and send basic quotes or documentation as directedMaintain and improve SOPs, templates, and administrative documentationPerform data entry, inbox management, and generate simple reportsConfirm appointments and gather client details to support smooth operationsRequired Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in office administration, office manager, or executive assistant roles2+ years of experience in the trades / home services or construction industryProven experience handling inbound phones and customer inquiriesStrong scheduling, calendar management, and coordination skillsFamiliarity with bookkeeping support; Xero experience requiredPreferred Qualifications :
