Property Sales Agent

Experience Requirements

1-3 years of proven experience as a Property Sales Agent , Real Estate Agent , or Property Consultant .

Experience in residential or commercial property sales , rentals, or developments.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets .

Experience with client relationship management and negotiation .

Familiarity with property market trends , legal documentation , and transfer processes .

Advantageous : Experience working with property listing portals (e.g. Property24, Private Property) and CRM systems .

Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) - essential.

A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) issued by the EAAB (Estate Agency Affairs Board) - required to operate legally.
