The successful candidate will oversee a growing sales team while personally driving revenue across markets including South Africa, Australia, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue growth strategy and execution across SA, AUS, and UK markets
- Personally manage full‑cycle sales from prospecting to closing enterprise‑level deals
- Recruit, mentor, and drive performance across a high‑performing sales team
- Implement scalable sales frameworks and KPIs to support business growth
- Align closely with marketing and product teams for go‑to‑market alignment
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting
- Represent the company at industry events and client‑facing engagements
