Electronic Technician

Minimum requirements :

• Matric is essential
• 2-3 years experience within electronics
• Must have knowledge of the fundamentals of electronics
• Must be capable to do fault finding and preferably be able to repair and / or maintain electronic products
• Good knowledge of security control room operations and monitoring software
• Good Excel and basic networking skills

Key responsibilities :

Highly advantageous skills but not a requirement

General RF knowledge and experience

VHF repeater network experience

GSM based communication knowledge and experience

Knowledge of SIM cards and cellular networks

Advanced networking experience

Knowledge and experience of server and database systems
