Requirements :
Matric plus an undergraduate qualification as recognized by SAQA in Public Management / Public Relations at NQF level 6 / 7.A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience within Customer Relations Environment. Possession of a valid driver’s license.Duties :
Render and promote stakeholder engagements. Implement developed Departmental Public participation strategy and programmes. Conduct Ntirhisano & Public Participation Consultation. Provide logistical arrangement for convening of stakeholders Forum for MEC outreach programme. Prevention of service delivery disruptions.Identify research needs and trends on service delivery disruptions. Implement strategies to mitigate service delivery disruptions. Implement interventions on service delivery disruptions. Report service delivery disruption issues to internal and external stakeholders. Investigate, refer and ensure / resolve all memorandum of demands.Render service delivery and rapid response services in the Human Settlement service centres. Render and promote social facilitation and cohesion. Collect, investigate and respond to or refer all queries received timeously.Transportation / Logistics jobs
