Job Title : Marketing Director
Location : Remote (Preference for candidates in South America or South Africa to align with Central Time Zone)
Salary : $1,500 - $2,200 per month, commensurate with experience.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of American culture and brand tone, capable of managing multiple facets of digital marketing with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Management : Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy across platforms, ensuring a unified brand voice. This includes content creation, feed curation, and utilizing tools like Planoly for scheduling.
- Ad Campaign Management : Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels to achieve marketing objectives. Need mastery in TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, OTT and any other relevant trends in Web3.
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hot Pixels, UTMs, and Databox. Provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Graphic Design : Create compelling visual content, emails, and assets that align with brand standards using Adobe Creative Suite. Video editing memes, gifs + Hormozi-style reels.
- Cultural Alignment : Ensure all marketing materials resonate with American audiences, maintaining an authentic and culturally relevant brand tone. This is key!
- Project Management : Coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Influencer Outreach : Proficient in outbound vetting and engaging influencers for activations and partnerships.
- Copywriting : Writing on-brand copy for email campaigns, organic posts, ad copy and more.

Qualifications :
Proven experience in social media management, ad campaign management, project management, copywriting, and graphic design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (beyond basic tools like Canva).Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools, including Notion, GoAffPro, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, AdWords, Meta ad platform, Webflow, TikTok Shop, and Databox.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights in stunning monthly and quarterly reports for clients.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.In-depth understanding of American culture and brand nuances.Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with a problem-solving mindset.Expected to pay attention to small details on calls and take action without having to be told the same thing multiple times.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Please review our website and values.Preferred Qualifications :
