As we expand, we’re looking for a Country Manager in South Africa who can support and guide our most engaged clients on their journey within the Demopips ecosystem.

About the role

As Country Manager in South Africa , you’ll be the face and force behind Demopips’s presence in the local market. You’ll own the local affiliate strategy, build a strong network of partners, and work across departments to ensure long-term success in the region. This is a senior-level, strategic role with a heavy focus on affiliate relationships and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market and affiliate expansion strategy
• Build, lead, and optimize a high-performing affiliate partner network
• Act as Demopips’s ambassador in the local fintech and affiliate space
• Analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviors to guide growth decisions
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings to the local users
• Host and attend regional events, webinars, and meetups to strengthen community ties
• Monitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions, and ensure performance benchmarks are achieved
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the global executive team
