About Us :
We are searching for a Remote Recruitment Assistant to join our international cleaning company. In this role, you will support the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring efficient communication, accurate data, and successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct short phone interviews
- Maintain online candidate databases
- Capture and update data in Excel
- Manage recruitment emails and scheduling
- Provide administrative support
- Answer overflow calls and take messages
