About the Role

This exciting Telesales position focuses on outbound sales to UK clients working remotely from South Africa in a supportive target-driven environment. Youll engage discerning customers showcase our exceptional wine portfolio pitch tailored offers and close sales that delight wine enthusiasts and corporate buyers. With a focus on lead generation relationship-building and achieving targets youll play a key role in expanding our international reach while enjoying the flexibility of working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively identify and contact potential clients through targeted outreach and cold calling to build a robust pipeline.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with UK-based customers providing personalized service and follow-ups to encourage repeat business.
• Product Knowledge Mastery: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our premium wine range to educate and enthuse clients.
• Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling persuasive telephone pitches that highlight the unique qualities of Benguela Cove wines.
• Promotion and Offers: Promote seasonal offers limited editions and exclusive deals to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Order Management: Process orders accurately coordinate shipments and ensure seamless delivery experiences.
• Corporate Gift Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate gifting tailoring wine packages for businesses and events.
• Reporting and Targets: Track sales activities maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
