Job descriptionMinimum Grade 10 / Grade 12 (Matric advantageous). At least 23 years experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in a brick yard. Good leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of clamp kiln operations and brick quality checks. Ability to enforce discipline and meet production targets. Physically fit and willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage packing and sorting teams in the clamp kiln yard.
- Ensure correct handling, stacking, and sorting of bricks to company standards.
- Maintain productivity and worker discipline on site.
- Enforce safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
- Conduct daily inspections of yard activities and report on progress.
- Monitor stock movements and assist with basic record-keeping.
- Train and guide workers to improve efficiency and work quality.
- Ensure packers and sorters meet daily targets.
