Purpose of the job
To lead and supervise the Bakery maintenance team responsible for asset care through preventative and corrective maintenance on site according to Premier quality and safety standards. (The Premier way).
Responsibilities
- To ensure optimal plant asset management
- Ensure high performance culture in the maintenance team
- To ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance to all health and safety and food safety requirements
- To ensure continuous improvement of the maintenance process and function
- To complete training and development and stand in for the Maintenance manager as needed to build capacity in the succession pipeline for this role.
