Supports team and leadership performance by applying behavioural science, psychometric insight, and facilitation expertise

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Psychology or Industrial Psychology
• Registered Psychometrist with the HPCSA
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in psychometric assessment and team development preferably within a Mining environment
