Duties & Responsibilities

  • Role : RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - CONTRACTS DIVISION / UK Location : Cape Town-based | Fully Remote Working UK Office Hours
  • Full recruitment cycle within Contracts Division : sourcing, screening, placing, and managing contractors.
  • Consistent client outreach - developing new and existing relationships (both warm and cold leads).
  • Manage bulk / volume recruitment assignments within Engineering and Facility Maintenance.
  • Build strong networks in niche markets within Building Services.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring quality and speed of delivery.
  • Work closely with team leads and UK partners to achieve performance goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' international recruitment industry experience.
  • Experience as a recruiter with proven ability in delivery, bulk, and volume recruitment.
  • Contracts recruitment.
  • Strong client development skills, comfortable with both warm and cold leads.
  • Industry experience within Engineering / Facility Maintenance.
  • Determined, competitive mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communicator with confidence to engage with international clients and decision makers.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to modern recruitment platforms.
