Job descriptionB-Tech in Quality Management or equivalent 10+ years in automotive industry (preference for car-building experience) 5+ years managing quality teams in complex automotive environments Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and core quality tools Computer literate (MS Office, Power BI, SAP R3)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems (ISO / IATF / OEM)
- Manage subordinates performance and train / mentor staff
- Ensure all customer requirements are met
- Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions
- Manage customer complaints, quality KPIs, and department budget
- Conduct audits and support 8D closure
