What Youll Do

Customer Acquisition & Performance Marketing :

  • Lead paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and efficient CAC through continuous optimization.
  • Refine bidding, targeting, and creative strategies based on real-time performance data.

Growth Experimentation & CRO :

  • Design and execute A / B tests across landing pages, ads, and onboarding flows.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance conversion rates and reduce churn.
  • Develop testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Data & Analytics :

  • Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, MRR / ARR, ROI).
  • Build dashboards and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Lifecycle & Retention Marketing :

  • Develop email, SMS, and push strategies to engage, onboard, and retain users.
  • Create segmented and automated customer journeys using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Partner with Product, Design, and Content teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
  • Translate insights from campaigns into improvements across UX, product, and brand.
  • Collaborate with agencies and freelancers to scale growth operations.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 46 years experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within digital-first or fintech environments.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media channels.
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, attribution platforms, and A / B testing tools.
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills comfortable working with data, SQL, and dashboards.
  • A creative, experimental mindset with a bias for testing, learning, and scaling.
  • Experience with mobile attribution, affiliate marketing, or growth hacking tools.
  • Startup or scale-up experience where agility and innovation drive growth.
