Job descriptionTo take responsibility for stock transfer within Farmpack, ensuring accurate inventory control, minimizing losses, and supporting efficient packaging operations in alignment with VKB Agriculture’s standards. Grade 12 or NQF 4 Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage Experience with corrugated box and warehousing will serve as recommendation Thorough understanding of stock rotation, expiry dates and limiting stock losses Forklift operator licence will be an advantage. Responsible for daily stock count and stock control Assist with maintaining the level of stock within the authorized parameters and identifying non-moving stock Ensure that all stock that is delivered complies with the Company's policy Ensure that stock matches the documents with pick-up (Ensure correct procedure for returns are followed including quantities, documents and signatories on documentation) Checking and control of expiry dates Assigning products to a specific location on a shelf / store / building Submitting weekly stock reports to manager. Ensure quality of service by assisting customers and referring them to the correct department / area Ensure proper housekeeping and neatness of premises Ensure proper housekeeping and neatness of premises Counting skills Conflict handling Computer literate Numerate Honest Fast and energetic Accurate and friendly Organized Store Keeping / Procurement jobs
