Role Overview :
This isn’t your average BDR position. We’re looking for individuals who combine creativity, hustle, and precision. You’ll be responsible for crafting outbound campaigns that resonate with decision-makers and expand our reach into wholesale, hospitality, and B2B partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write highly personalized, engaging cold emails that spark interest and build trust.
- Build and manage outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Reply.io, and Zendesk.
- Research prospects in industries like hospitality, retail, and wellness, tailoring outreach to their unique needs.
- Track campaign performance and refine messaging based on results.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to test messaging, refine targeting, and share insights.
Requirements
Exceptional writing skills — ability to craft concise, persuasive, and value-driven messages.Strong work ethic — willingness to put in the manual effort where it makes a difference.Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Reply, Zendesk).Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, flexible environment.Aligned with US business hours / time zones for collaboration with sales and customer success teams.Prior experience in outbound sales, B2B partnerships, or copywriting is a major plus.Passion for sustainability, wellness, or premium lifestyle brands is a bonus.
