Position Overview :

The Information Security Analyst will contribute by making sure Ecentric Payment Systems is compliant with required standards by providing analysis, advisory, and administration. The focus will be on maintenance of the compliance, security, and risk functions and correspondence with the key role players.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Administration of Compliance :

  • Implementation and maintenance of security policies to safeguard secure data; and
  • Security audit evidence gathering and analysis, including vulnerability management advisory and analysis.

Assisting auditors during compliance audits :

  • Gathering and maintenance of business as usual evidence including advisory for better practices; and
  • Interaction with auditors for providing evidence and remediation thereof.
  • Security Project Monitoring :

  • Co-ordination, analysis, and advisory of multiple security projects; and
  • Reporting on all stand up meetings and weekly meetings for project progress.
  • Operational Business-As-Usual monitoring and internal audits :

  • Assist with daily reviews of operational controls; and
  • Advisory and analysis for all Development, Operational, HR, and Finance best practices.
  • Security system alert auditing and reporting governance across IT.
  • Internal correspondence :

  • Provide advisory with all responsible internal parties; and
  • Provide feedback when required to the reporting line.

    Qualification and Certification :

  • Masters of Technology Management;
  • BSc Hons (Technology Management);
  • B.Tech (Quality);
  • ND (Financial Information Systems);
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor; and
  • 10 years experience in compliance, Risk, Security, Governance.
  • Working Experience in PCI-DSS V4 submission
  • Skills and Behavioral Competencies

  • Enthusiastic about the role and delivery of the quality of work;

  • Technically competent;
