Desired Experience & Qualification

• Degree / Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• Post-basic qualification in Trauma / Emergency Nursing (essential).
• Minimum of 35 years clinical experience in a Trauma or Emergency Unit.
• Proven leadership and management experience within a hospital environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills especially in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop nursing staff.
