SUMMARY : POSITION INFO :

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for various tourist attractions and destinations.

Analyze customer feedback and suggest strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Handle all administrative tasks such as preparing budgets, creating reports, and managing schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations in relation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential tourism partners such as hotels, tour operators, and local government agencies.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement within the tourism industry.
  • Coordinate with tour guides and other staff to ensure that all necessary travel arrangements are made for clients.
  • Requirements :
  • Matric.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Tourism Admin experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.
