Drive and grow sales by managing and developing key customer accounts in line with annual sales and profitability targets.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications :
National Diploma or higher in Sales or Marketing
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Territory Sales
FMCG industry knowledge within South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa ( advantageous )
Strong track record of managing major national accounts at head-office level
B2B experience in commercial refrigeration or related industry ( beneficial )
CRM system knowledge or certification
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Key Performance Areas :
Develop and implement account strategies and sales plans to achieve annual sales turnover and profitability targets
Manage, retain, and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities
Maintain strong customer relationships through effective contract and agreement management
Conduct monthly reviews of customer results, identify variances, and take corrective action to stay aligned with budgets
Provide market insights and account intelligence to support business planning and product development
Promote company values, teamwork, and collaboration to drive performance across accounts
