Quality Manager, East London

We are seeking a Quality Manager for a permanent role based in East London Eastern Cape

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :

Grade 12 with B-Tech degree in Quality Management / or equivalent

• Minimum 5-year experience on press tools or assembly process.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the Automotive Industry of similar complexity (preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in car-building especially German-based factories).
• Working knowledge of the core quality aspects that we control (geometry surface quality structural integrity)
• Microsoft Office Power BI end-user knowledge of SAPR3.
• Total Quality Management / ISO Standards (Standard Internal Auditor)
• Customer Standards and IATF / Exposure to Lean Manufacturing Principles (preferably in automotive sector) / Six Sigma Tools
• Root Cause analysis & Problem Solving / Core Tools understanding implementation
• Minimum 5-year experience as a Quality Department Manager in a similar complex automotive manufacturing environment.
