Qualifications and Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience, including B2B
- Must have a strong background in cold calling, new business development and account growth
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software
Key Performance Areas
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, depots, and local customers
- Implement and manage local and national deals, ensuring pricing accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry and customer events to promote the company network
- Maintain accurate records of deal files and account activities
- Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling products at local fitment centres
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to managers to inform strategic decisions
