They are looking for a Manager : Collections Strategy to lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of collection strategies. You’ll work with advanced analytics, collaborate with multiple business units, and play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's collections performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute forward-thinking collection strategies across the credit lifecycle.
• Design and implement data-driven models to enhance recovery, limit management, and profitability.
• Analyze portfolio-level trends to identify risks, uncover insights, and propose solutions.
• Build and manage collection scorecards, performance dashboards, and target forecasts.
• Collaborate with BI and operational teams to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and impact.
• Develop and test strategic campaigns to improve collections efficiency and yield.
• Integrate predictive models and analytics into day-to-day operational processes.
• Champion process improvements and optimization initiatives across teams.
• Communicate complex data and model outcomes to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.
