Job descriptionUrban / Town Planning Real Estate Development Studies Civil Engineering (with planning knowledge ideally) 3–5 years’ experience in acquisition roles and property development or town planning Experience conducting feasibility-level planning assessments. Experience dealing with Johannesburg (Midrand & Bryanston) municipal planning departments and Stakeholder Departments (Joburg Water, Johannesburg Roads Agency etc.) Strong network with planners, brokers, and property professionals. The role requires strong market intelligence, financial analysis capability, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder engagement including landowners, brokers, municipalities, lawyers, and consultants.
