We are seeking a strategic, experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to drive architectural excellence across multiple product portfolios and business units. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently navigate from C‑suite discussions to deep technical reviews—connecting business vision with robust technical solutions.

You will be part of a technology organization that builds modern, scalable, and distributed applications including cloud-native solutions, web-based platforms, APIs, and microservices. This role will support multiple strategic programs across the enterprise, offering the opportunity to influence key architectural decisions at scale.

Essential Functions of the Job

  • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures using cloud-native patterns and distributed systems design.
  • Lead architecture and solution design for large-scale, complex software platforms aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user and system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Define current-state and future-state architectures using enterprise modeling frameworks (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF).
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options, and where appropriate, lead to resolution.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technologies suitable for the platform.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment, automation, and operations.
  • Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions, and provide architectural insights during project planning and execution phases.
  • Provide oversight and advise on ensuring software development best practices and code quality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Passion for solving business problems, rather than for technologies.
  • Enterprise architecture background is a must. Strong ability to interact with both technical teams and business leadership (architect elevator capability), traversing the organization and translating concerns across these groups, ensuring business goals are achieved.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise-level architecture, with a background in application development with .NET technologies.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., ArchiMate, BPMN, UML) and tools.
  • Experience designing solutions in distributed systems, microservices, and integration-heavy environments.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI / CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployment strategies.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects and large companies—organization-level programs, service line or division-level programs involving multiple teams.
  • Understand long-term business objectives and suggest technical strategies to meet those objectives by introducing innovation through technology.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple products or streams in parallel without losing architectural coherence.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions.
