Responsibilities
- Clean, transform, and validate complex datasets, including survey data, registry data, and real‑world evidence.
- Conduct advanced statistical and exploratory analyses (e.g., t‑tests, regressions, ANOVA, segmentation, and weighting).
- Use Q software for data processing, scripting, cross‑tabulation, and automation in support of market research projects.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Power BI , Tableau , or Python (e.g., Seaborn, Plotly).
- Collaborate with Insights and Regulatory teams to design data analysis plans and ensure data quality throughout.
- Summarise analytical findings into client‑ready charts, tables, and narratives for reports and presentations.
- Maintain clear documentation, including data dictionaries and version control logs, to support reproducibility and compliance.
- Support proposal development by estimating data analysis timelines and scoping project needs.
- Assist with automation and optimisation of repetitive analysis tasks using scripting in Q or Python .
- Align quantitative findings with qualitative insights to deliver comprehensive, actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.At least 2 years’ experience in data analytics or market research.Proficiency in Q software, including scripting, weighting, and automation.Experience using Python , R , or SQL for data analysis and workflow automation.Strong skills in Power BI or Tableau for building insightful visual dashboards.Solid foundation in statistical methods such as regression analysis, segmentation, and data weighting.High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in translating data into clear insights.Experience in MedTech , life sciences , or healthcare analytics .Familiarity with real‑world evidence , post‑market surveillance , or survey weighting methodologies .Understanding of GDPR compliance and anonymisation best practices in healthcare data.Knowledge of reproducible research workflows and automation best practices.Equipment Requirements
