Senior Paid Media & Account Manager (Social & Search) (CPT Hybrid) (UK Hours)

ENVIRONMENT :

A dynamic UK-based Digital Marketing Platform has an exciting opportunity for someone with a product-led mindset and a background in Paid Media to be its next Senior Paid Media & Account Manager. You will take full ownership of a number of Paid Media accounts across various verticals & platforms, lead on client contact, reporting, strategy, road mapping and account execution for your clients. You would also carry out campaign execution & optimisation, with the support of more junior team members. The successful candidate must have 5+ years hands-on Paid Media experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ideally TikTok Ads or other social platforms and 2+ years’ experience managing and developing teams. You will also need a proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and delivering performance at or above targets.

DUTIES :

Performance & Strategy -

• Oversee and guide client performance across a portfolio of campaigns, ensuring delivery against company and client targets.
• Develop tailored optimization strategies, media plans, and audits — going beyond standard templates to include unique insights.
• Continually assess client results, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and strategic improvements.
• Lead case study production for the team, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company’s brand strategy.
