Sales Operations Coordinator

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients.

This role is a dynamic, account-focused, and analytically-minded position that drives operational excellence in our growing organization. The position combines support, partnership development with significant opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Communication : Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally. Engage via email with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions. Use CRM (HighLevel and ClickUp - training provided) to track and manage data effectively.
  • Operational Support : Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Sales Process Analysis : (Training provided, no experience necessary) Review sales call recordings and videos to evaluate performance. Provide constructive feedback to the sales team and management to optimize sales techniques. Assist in training sessions to improve team effectiveness.
  • Partnership Development : (Training provided, no experience necessary) Assist a business development manager in identifying and establishing partnerships with other recruitment companies, primarily in the European market. Collaborate with partners to expand our reach and enhance service offerings. Coordinate cross-border collaboration initiatives. Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and growth.
  • Strategic Support : Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy development. Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Support training and development programs for sales team members.

  • Flexible Schedule : Willingness to work some evenings when necessary to engage with international partners.
