Responsibilities
- Design high-converting ad creatives for paid social and display campaigns
- Develop visually compelling assets for web, email, landing pages, and social media
- Work with performance marketers to test and iterate on creative concepts
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across all projects
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or digital marketing settingStrong portfolio showcasing ad creative work with measurable successProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design / prototyping tools is a plusSolid understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typographyFamiliarity with performance marketing and data-driven design principlesComfortable working remotely and available 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM ESTExcellent communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have
