Education :

Mechanical / Technical qualification (advantageous)
Sales or business development training (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required :

35 years proven sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably gears, gearboxes, or power transmission products

Strong technical knowledge of gear applications and mechanical systems

Ability to identify opportunities, generate new business, and consistently meet targets

Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly
