We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients. You will communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations with clients, building trust and strengthening relationships. You represent CTC’s unique approach to media acquisition and its tools, aiming for efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused mindset.

Align with the Brain Trust for ideas across clients.Work with team members of your pod including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.Uphold data integrity across systems (Statlas).Execute Prophet system for your clients and build Growth Forecasts.Build a Growth Map for clients using the Prophet System and perform data analysis required for the map.Align and maintain marketing calendars with clients.Execute daily vs. forecast and adjust to meet KPIs.Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans for the future.Be an early adopter when pivoting and lead in obstacle situations.Drive continuous improvement, implement CTC’s Meta best practices, and build campaigns using our structure.Maintain ideologies and processes across accounts; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets / strategy to hit Daily Projected Targets.Implement tests to beat best-performing campaigns.ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK

Your supervisor is Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You’ll report to Joy, a mentor focused on growth strategy and development.Working under Joy’s guidance will push you to growth and help you reach your potential as an Ecommerce Growth Manager.

SALARY RANGE
First month : $2,000Second month : $4,000Third month (on average) : $7,000 a month1st Year Annual Range : $64,000-$76,0002nd Year Annual Range : $100,000-$120,000This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
