About the Client : The world's leading yacht marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers globally, with thousands of listings and a growing international presence. We are scaling our digital team and seeking a talented SEO expert to enhance our organic visibility.

About the Role : Lead all SEO initiatives across our global site, drive organic growth, manage technical and on-page SEO, and support junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage SEO strategy across international markets (UK, US, EU)
• Conduct keyword research, audits, and competitive analysis
• Monitor and report using GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, Semrush
• Collaborate with content, dev, and marketing teams for SEO improvements
• Develop backlinking strategies
• Present strategies and updates to stakeholders
• Support and train junior SEO team members
• Prioritize and execute SEO roadmap
• Manage indexing, crawl budget, hreflang, structured data, site speed
