Primary Purpose
To generate revenue for Bidvest by sourcing new clients and proactively managing the account to maximize profitability. To grow and retain a portfolio of banking relationships by performing proactive value adding partnership, by providing banking solutions and services to maintain and grow existing customer base. FX REVENUE & PROFITABILITY
Plans, initiates and drives sales to achieve sales targets Forex ClientsAcquire and onboard new customersEnsure sales targets and budgets are metContribute to revenue and returns generationCUSTOMER CENTRICITY AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Deliver on excellent customer experience aligned to Bidvest Bank services standardsAchieve NPS customer survey targetEnsure that client visits are done against agreed targetEnsure continuous client interaction through face-to-face interaction and telephonic ‘check-in’ with client baseEnsure client queries are dealt with timeouslyProactively manage review process of client's facilitiesTrain and assist client on relevant systems in dealing with the bank efficientlyEnsure client onboarding is aligned to internal processes i.e. compliance, credit, internal stakeholder engagement etc.Encourage activation of new accounts and proactively offer additional account servicesEnsure all sales leads are submitted and result in agreed % conversionEnsure cross-selling opportunities are identified and result in agreed % conversionManage Sales, customers and keep abreast of market indicatorsManage portfolio through cross-selling of :Increase bank revenue by selling right products and servicesMarket and promote Bidvest Bank through product cross-selling i.e. ABF, BMS, Trade Finance etc.Proactively identify migration and conversion opportunitiesStakeholder management : legal, credit, Bankers, back office and Treasury in order to achieve clients’ needsOPERTIONAL EXCELLENCE
Ensure the receipt and capturing of customer information accurately during the account origination processEnsure client onboarding is aligned to internal processes i.e. compliance, credit, internal stakeholder engagement etc.Ensure client onboarding process is seamlessEnsure accurate capturing, updates and amendments of customer informationAt onboarding – face to faceIs accountable in terms of credit issues pertaining to client portfolioPerforms KYC verification throughout customer lifecycleAssist with SARB and manage applicationsFollow up with all parties to ensure that queries are resolvedPEOPLE MANAGEMENT
