SUMMARY : POSITION INFO :

PLUMBER TRADE QUALIFIED / EAST LONDON – Trade Qualification to be submitted with application . The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You must be able to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality work that meets safety and building regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience :

Trade qualification Plumbing

Minimum 3 Years Of Experience As a Professional Plumber.

Knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.

Experience with tools and equipment used in plumbing installation and repair.

Valid Code 08 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities :

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related fixtures and appliances.

Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance with local codes.

Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.

Diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions.

Respond to plumbing emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Good physical condition and manual dexterity.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
