Sr. Clinical Application Specialist, MR

- Analyze intricate clinical workflows and operational procedures with meticulous detail, conducting thorough assessments to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancing the application's impact on patient care and operational efficiency.
- Apply advanced clinical and technical knowledge to provide authoritative guidance and support, facilitating seamless integration and effective utilization of Philips' solutions across various healthcare environments.
- Assess complex customer needs through in‑depth consultations and detailed needs analysis, developing customized implementation strategies that align closely with clinical goals and organizational objectives.
- Communicate technical and clinical concepts with clarity and precision to diverse audiences, delivering comprehensive training sessions, demonstrations, and presentations that effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of Philips' products and services.
- Complete thorough documentation and detailed reports related to application implementations and support activities, ensuring transparency and accountability in project management and outcomes.
- Comply meticulously with project timelines and milestones, orchestrating flawless execution of implementation plans and delivering on commitments to uphold customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Document all customer interactions and support activities comprehensively within CRM systems, leveraging analytical insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and elevate overall customer satisfaction levels.
Minimum required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Radiological Science, Biomedical Imaging, Radiology, or equivalent.
