Minimum Requirements

Grade 12

National Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification (NQF level 6)

Registered Skills Development Facilitator / Coach and Mentor / Assessor and Moderator (Advantageous)

Duties & Responsibilities

HR Legislation : Translate legislative changes into HR policies and practices; understand and comply with applicable HR legislation

Employment Equity : Participate in equity-related processes

BBBEE : Create BBBEE awareness and assist with skills element

Training and Development : Identify needs, develop plans, coordinate external / internal delivery, evaluate programmes

Administration : Prepare materials, manage calendars

Workplace Assessments : Coordinate assessments and outcomes-based reviews

SETA Management : Manage learners / learnerships, submit Workplace Skills Plan, support SETA processes

Reporting : Compile monthly Training and Development reports
