Job Description
Your duties will encompass :
- Perform the administrative functions required to manage all aspects of the assigned portfolio of clients to ensure that minimum service levels are maintained and that all customer expectations are met.
- Client and Project Portfolio Oversight
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
- Risk and Compliance Management
- Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement.
- Data acquisition and fault management
- Data capture for new sites
- Billing
Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12) Maths and ScienceBComs degree in Electrical engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalentAdditional technical certificationsSkills
Minimum 5 years in portfolio, project, or product management within an industrial, utilities, or electrical environment.Experience in client management, technical coordination, and commercial performance monitoring.Strong understanding of energy metering products, technologies, and trends.High proficiency in project and portfolio management tools and methodologies.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.Fluent in English and Afrikaans.Benefits
