Administrative & Executive Support

You will assist leadership and different teams by :

  • Managing confidential documents and correspondence
  • Scheduling meetings and taking minutes
  • Managing diaries and calendars for leaders
  • Acting as both an executive and personal assistant when required
  • Handling travel bookings for staff and visitors
  • Helping with HR administration
  • Assisting with recruitment activities
  • Managing company drivers
  • Helping maintain a professional, organised, and enjoyable workplace

You will handle important tasks that keep the office running smoothly :

  • Managing office supplies and ensuring stock never runs out
  • Handling maintenance, cleaners, contractors, and suppliers
  • Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors
  • Coordinating courier and messenger services
  • Organising document deliveries and letters
  • Maintaining filing and storage systems
  • Running errands such as buying gifts, Friday drinks, banking, and postal runs
  • Informing administration when materials are running low
  • Overseeing cleaning staff and working with the building manager on maintenance issues
  • Managing office matters such as parking, fire drills, and general upkeep
  • This role requires someone who is hands-on, observant, and ready to step in wherever support is needed.

    Minimum Requirements You Must Meet

    To be considered for this role, you must have :

  • A Diploma in Management Studies or any Administration-related qualification
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Good verbal, written, and listening ability
  • The ability to handle stress and stay focused
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Experience in office management will be an added advantage, but it is not compulsory.
