Job Title : Business Development / B2B Sales Representative - SaaS
Location : Cape Town South Africa
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to achieve predetermined sales targets after successfully undergoing training.
- Make outbound calls daily to create interest in products and services particularly focusing on AML sanctions screening aiming to generate new business leads.
- Follow up on incoming leads to nurture potential business relationships.
- Build and foster business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software articulately and confidently.
- Market and promote a portfolio of products by participating in industry-related events.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions while addressing inquiries regarding software features.
- Respond to client requests for quotations (RFQ) information (RFI) and proposals (RFP).
- Deliver professional and exceptional client service during all interactions with existing and new clients.
- Provide technical advice on AML sanctions screening both pre and post-sale to assure customer satisfaction.
- Develop quotes and proposals that align with client needs.
- Negotiate and renegotiate terms via phone email and in person.
- Assist other departments as required to foster team collaboration.
- Attend all staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed and enhance skills.
Essential Qualifications :
Proven experience in software or Software as a Service (SaaS).Strong interest in B2B sales coupled with strong interpersonal communication and negotiating skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and management software.Advanced computer literacy; Apple experience is preferable but not mandatory.Reliable internet access at home and a valid drivers license.Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Desired Experience :
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience particularly in a SaaS environment is preferred.
