Freelance / Contract Senior .NET Opportunity in Johannesburg

I am looking for full stack .NET freelance contractors with experience in either React or Angular to join a project within a financial company in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with C# / .NET, React or Angular, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and IaaC. This is a project that would likely last 1 year with possibility of extension, where you’ll be working on API development using modern technology to make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain systems using C# / .NET and React
Design and implement APIs and Microservices
Automate development using DevOps tools and deploy CI / CD pipelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider IT team

Requirements

6+ years’ experience with .NET / C#

Strong experience with React or other front end technologies

Strong experience with Azure (DevOps, Functions, Entra ID, KeyVault, App Service, etc.)

Docker and containerization
