About the client : Our client is a US-based marketing consulting company that specializes in digital marketing (SEA, SEO, Web Analytics, Social Media, Direct Marketing / e-mail Marketing, Referral marketing, Native Advertising, Events & Conferences, etc.).

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating communication and deliverables for our client\'s team. You will be the primary point of contact in phone calls, video calls, and e-mails with customers and clients.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring the client\'s services align with their needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our client\'s services to meet their expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication to meet client expectations.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities with current clients.
  • Provide regular reports to clients on project progress and results.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of client engagements.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations.

Who we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Prior 2-3 years of experience with account management, customer service or business manager is required
  • High attention to detail
  • Ownership, initiative, & proactiveness
  • Comfortable conducting business conversations via video and audio web meetings, e-mails, and instant messages on a daily basis
  • Must have a professional appearance and backdrop
  • Must speak perfect English with no accent
  • Outstanding follow-up and follow-through
  • Effective time management, personal accountability, and organization
  • Hands on experience in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Looker Studio
