IT Infrastructure Technician

The following vacancy is available in Gauteng :

An IT Infrastructure Technician is needed for the Rosebank HO.

Preference will be given to equity candidates : Gender & Group.

African Male / White Male / Coloured Male.

Job purpose :

To ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of all the IT infrastructure and to assist the business in delivering on its profitability objectives.

Key Accountable Responsibilities :

• To deliver on agreed SLAs, manage any out-of-line situations with the business, and report back to the line manager on the performance of their tickets.
• Ensure costs are maintained and the authorization process is followed at all times.
• Ensure delivery by third-party service providers against set SLAs and escalate non-performance to the line manager in a timely manner.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
