In this Johannesburg-based Product Risk Team Lead role, youll oversee daily P&L and position reporting, collaborate with international stakeholders, and ensure system integrity within a world-class CTRM platform. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation of daily and monthly P&L and position reports, providing clear attribution and commentary for senior management.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 35 Risk Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee CTRM system integrity, support system enhancements, and coordinate the resolution of technical issues.
• Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to strategic global projects across commodity desks.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

Relevant NQF Level 7 qualification in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum 5 years experience in risk management, product risk, or middle-office roles.

Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
