Business Development Manager
We are looking for Business Development Manager's to join our team here at DevologyX and be part of the next gen of recruitment.
Overview
DevologyX is a leading European Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Agency with the ambition to be the best at what we do, differently. We work with clients across Europe providing top tier talent solutions and are expanding our Sales team in Cape Town. The Business Development Manager will lead generation, qualifying leads, cold calling, arranging & conducting sales meetings, arranging interviews with clients, and closing deals with clients. You will contribute to the growth and expansion of the company in the South African office while developing your career in sales in the Recruiting / Talent Acquisition sector.
Your role
Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the companys continued growth and success in the talent acquisition industry. You will have access to coaching and mentoring, with direct learning from the Founder.
What you'll do
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify potential leads through networking events, social media, and other channels.
- Drive Outbound Outreach through multi-channel sales approaches (warm / cold calling, LinkedIn, video messaging, email, etc.).
- Cold / Warm Calling : develop skills to close clients over the phone.
- Be a brand champion and educate prospective clients on the value proposition of DevologyX.
- Objection Handling : address and overcome objections from prospective clients.
- CRM Management : record and update lead, prospect, and client information in the CRM system with accuracy.
