Bed Specialist Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and sharp sales agent to join our team. Being knowledgeable friendly and professional is essential to being successful in this position.

Some of the responsibilities include :

• Assisting customers with sales-related queries
• Providing advice on product features and specifications
• Assisting customers with quotations
• Establishing and building customer relationships
• Assisting online sales queries
• Staying up to date with the latest technology and trends in this industry
• You will be responsible for the bed section of the sales floor which includes being the product specialist on beds and bedding and ensuring the showroom area is always neat.

Requirements Previous retail sales experience (2+ years preferred). Ability to learn technical aspects of products and communicate these effectively. Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets. Strong administrative skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Matric certificate (Retail / Business qualifications advantageous).
