Customer Service Representative (UK Support) – Cape Town

R15,000 / month + discretionary bonus
Bloubergstrand - Big Bay (soon)
20 days leave + public holidays (UK bank holidays)

What you will do

Working closely with our clients' UK-based team in Manchester, you’ll be part of a friendly and focused customer service squad that handles :

Calls and email queries from UK customers

Order issues : missing items, parcel redirection, returns

Stock availability and product questions

Fast, professional, right-first-time problem-solving

You’ll be a key voice of their brand, and your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What we’re looking for

Grade 12 qualification

2+ years of customer service experience within the e-commerce space

Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)

A friendly, can-do attitude and love for customer service

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Attention to detail and a proactive approach

Own reliable transport is a bonus
