Job description

Sales Team Leader (Insurance) required in Johannesburg.

Outbound Sales Team Leader with at least 2 years’ Team Leader experience in a Call Centre Sales environment, specific to Short Term Insurance, and with the required industry regulated qualification, required to manage and oversee the Insurance Sales Team.

Minimum requirement :

NQF4 qualification or tertiary qualification essential
RE5 essential
Full qualification in Short Term Insurance required
Minimum 2 years’ Call Centre Team Leader sales experience essential
Minimum 1 year experience in managing a Short Term Insurance Sales Team essential
Outbound call centre sales experience essential

Duties and Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee Short Term Insurance Sales Team

Offer opportunity for a quote for life insurance policies and other products and manage sales process

Manage and oversee lead optimization

Identity team needs, understand and train team to handle objections etc

Team discipline

Improve sales effectiveness

Run incentives
